Clients work in a very different way to the norm. Unlike standard providers who
offer you a line and do no more than upload your recording as a
Platinum Client will be able to...
(1) Upload 2 recordings on
the same line, so instead of the caller being disconnected at the end of the
primary recording he/she is played the next one that will therefore extend the call
hold time and revenue you receive from the line.
(2) Optional 10 prompt IVR
menu where instead of callers being diverted straight through to your recording
they are presented with a push button menu where they can select the recording
that they sound the like of best. This feature has proven to be very useful in
attracting repeat callers as many are aware that there are a range of 9 other
stories / recordings to listen to. This feature also has an optional extra where
you can ask users whether they enjoyed the recording or whether they were
expecting something different. Which is a valuable piece of market research
and something that will help you generate you more revenue.
(3) Another relatively
unique feature the recorded platform offers is that the system automatically
displays the average call length of each call made to the service. This is yet
another powerful marketing resource as it shows you exactly how popular or
unpopular your message/s are simply by looking at the hold time. This info
allows you to tweak and improve the recording from the point where most callers
disconnect and just by making it more compelling can easily extend call lengths
by 15% - 20%.

Recorded Phone Lines Management
As a Platinum Client you will have full privileges to upload
your own audio files (in .WAV file) via your web based Call Management Account
which are stored in your Audio Store to be used immediately or at a later date.
Recordings can also be made over the phone.
Recordings can even be scheduled for certain days of the week or
times of the day which is ideal if you have stories that are time sensitive. This
can be pre-programmed so a whole weeks worth of recordings can be all added at
once.
And as expected you receive unrestricted access to Live
Call Statistics that will not only display to you the number of calls generated
and level of revenue due you can also separate call stats by number and / or
by time scale so you will easily be able to measure the profitability of your marketing
campaigns.
Personal 121 Training & Guidance
As with all services and other Platinum Clients you receive
inclusive 121 training from your
Account Manager in how to effectively use the
recorded platform over the phone or on request personal visit to your premises.
You will also receive unrestricted access to training videos and info that can
teach your operators for you how to use the platform and also show you dozens of
revealing secrets that if implemented WILL extend your callers hold time &
return rate of callers therefore increasing your revenue.
