Live 24hr Call Overflow Option
These are just a selection of the most used features on the
live platform. One other lucrative feature that Platinum Clients receive that
the majority of other Service Providers fail to offer is access to a Call
Overflow Service. This feature alone can grow your premium rate business by 20%
- 30% literally overnight. As instead of a caller being disconnected, played
a recorded message or advised that no operators are available when all of your
lines are busy, your callers will be re-routed to our pro in house operators who
will take the call on your behalf. This service ONLY kicks in if all operators
on your service are logged off or busy in conversation and GUARANTEES that
you're service is NEVER engaged again. This feature has NO set up charge.

121 Live Chat Fulfilment
Yet another benefit of becoming a Platinum Client is
that you will be eligible to apply for Phonenumbers4u's Live Chat
Fulfilment Contracts which in a nut shell is simply where other
clients who are seeking to profit from premium rate promote the 09xx
numbers to attract the callers but instead of having their own
operators they outsource their calls to a range of professional
operators (e.g. potentially your operators!) who take their calls
for them for a slice of the revenue.
Qualifying for fulfilment is the most cost effective
and fastest way to grow the profitability of your premium rate
business as your operators will be receiving a minimum of 5,000
- 10,000 extra minutes of calls per month at NO additional ongoing
costs. Believing that you get what you pay for you do receive a
generous per minute fulfilment rate of around 25p per minute to
accept other clients calls. Remember every minute that your
operators are off the phone you're losing out on missed revenue!
Contracts start at 5,000 minutes and could go as
high as 100,000 fulfilment minutes per month. We must stress
that fulfilment contracts are ONLY offered to loyal Platinum
Clients who have proven that they are offering a service that
callers like (the call length + the repeat caller rate =
average callers opinion of the service) and so those seeking for us
to migrate fulfilment to a non Phonenumbers4u platform are advised
once again that this does not interest us.
