My application was turned
down, why?
There's are a variety of reasons why this
happened. We do ask that you do not take this personally as the most likely
reason was that no Account Manager was taking on any new clients at the time due
to the demand. You are welcome to use any of the recommended alternatives that were
suggested to you or re-apply in 3 months time. Another common reason is that
it was believed that Phonenumbers4u was not the most suited supplier for you and
that we know another supplier who could more
effectively help you assist you reach your premium rate businesses goals.
I don't currently generate
3,000 mins / texts per month can I still apply?
Due to popular demand of the programme you
do need to generate a minimum of 3,000 minutes or text messages per month in
order to qualify as a Phonenumbers4u Platinum Client. However if you're new to
premium rate or are about to launch a marketing campaign that is expected to
generate in excess of 3,000 minutes or texts on a monthly basis then providing you
mention this in your application it will be considered.
Are there any Client Comments I can view?
Yes they can be found
by clicking here these include that of a Radio
Station in Kent and many others who have been pleasantly surprised by the rates
and level of service that they've received and continue to receive from their
Account Manager. Telephone numbers of a range of satisfied clients can be
supplied on request so you can personally ask your questions on Phonenumbers4u
and it's Platinum Client Programme.
Does Phonenumbers4u offer Competitive
out payments?
Absolutely we wouldn't be in business otherwise! Naive
premium rate promoters contact Network Operators or
SMS Aggregators and attempt to get their services from them but this has 3 flaws which we've
heard countless number of times. (1) They wont deal with them anyway and refer
them to a Service Provider. (2) They provide terrible rates and wack on
huge line
rental / keyword rentals as to them the amount of traffic the services generate is
peanuts (even if its in the thousands). (3) The client support received is
slow, of low
quality or next to non-existent.
The smart client goes to a reliable Service Provider (such as
Phonenumbers4u) and gets instant access to
great rates, NO line / keyword rentals
and leading customer service with much less hassle. You see we
generate thousands of minutes per month (more so then any one client) and so
have
leverage over Network Operators and SMS Aggregators that allows us to secure wholesale rates and payouts which can be passed on to you.
Do I have to pay my Account Managers expenses etc?
No - Although it would certainly be much more cost
effective to simply offer a service where clients call or email in with their
questions, problems etc and not spend time monitoring the industry & creating
training materials, the bear minimum level of service is NOT acceptable to
Phonenumbers4u.
Do I really receive 24/7
access to my Account Manager, or would I be diverted to a call centre?
Yes - You truly do receive 24/7 access to
your Account Manager and you are NEVER diverted to a call centre or
receptionist. To ensure that you can constantly contact him you will be given
his direct line, mobile phone and even home phone number! So that any questions,
technical issues etc can be solved within minutes. It's truly 24/7 access!, your
Account Manager will even accept your call gone 3:00am in the morning!
